Job Description:
We are seeking 12 experienced factory production operatives to fill a long-term temporary contract at our site in Lutterworth.
The successful candidates will be responsible for working on various factory machines and processes, ensuring high-quality products are manufactured efficiently.

* Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Contribute to the achievement of team targets and goals
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a factory production operative or machine operator
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:
* A competitive hourly rate of £12.77, plus overtime pay at £19.15 per hour
