We are looking for a Deputy Manager for our dementia friendly care home in Crowborough. We are looking for someone who can assist the Care Home Manager in the efficient running of the Home, ensuring regulatory and legal requirements are met, residents receive excellent service and care from you and your team and the home operates within its agreed budget. Woodlands is part of a not for profit housing association that provides care and housing to older residents across Sussex. Your main responsibilities will include: Assisting the Care Home Manager in the day to day running of the home, deputising for the manager in their absence to ensure high standards are maintained within the home Assisting the manager to ensure the home is sufficiently staffed at all times providing a consistent service to the residents and to be on call at certain times, Managing medication contained within the Home to excellent standard, including all documentation pertaining to the management of medication. To ensure compliance with current legislation and policy.
