Receptionist - Midlothian
* £12.00 an hour + holiday pay
* Temp role until end of March 2025 with strong potential to be made permanent
* Immediate start role for only immediately available candidates
Hours:
* Full-Time role
* 37 hours per week across Monday to Friday (early finish Friday)
The role of Receptionist:
* Dealing with incoming calls & visitors to the office
* Management and monitoring of access to the office including the issuing of staff and visitor passes
* Acting as liaison point for staff and visitors who have enquiries, issues or require assistance
* Booking of travel & accommodation for visiting & travelling staff & visitors
* Ensuring the office is kept in good order at all times
* Various other Reception & General Administration duties as directed
The ideal Receptionist:
* Previous experience in a Reception role with exposure to Administration tasks - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Solid IT skills including the use of MS Office
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivated and able to work well within a team
