As the bridge between innovative solutions and client requirements, youll play a pivotal role in turning inquiries into successful container conversion projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Generating your own leads and dealing with Conversion enquiries via phone, email, website etc.
Building strong relationships with the Sales Support team and customers
Utilising and updating CRM system.
Communicating with current and lapsed customers.
To provide support for the Sales department as required regarding Conversion type enquiries.
To ensure timely and professional response to enquiries
To maximise profitable sales and to follow each enquiry to its conclusion.
To prepare and send quotations
Manage and coordinate the Conversion pipeline ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
To efficiently and effectively coordinate all assigned projects or their parts through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. This may involve outsourcing to other suppliers, requiring on:site inspection and update visits.
To carry out administration related to queries and orders, as necessary.
To share knowledge and provide support regarding basic conversion work to the Sales team.
Support the Sales department and other colleagues whenever needed, fostering a collaborative spirit.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent in Engineering would be beneficial
Technical sales experience within building services or architecture would be desirable.
Good knowledge of Health and Safety and ISO9001
Be familiar with managing a sales pipeline.
Confident in all Microsoft packages.
Previous experience using CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Sales, Business and Marketing knowledge/skills.
Customer focused and driven.
