Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Java.
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high-quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
1. Excellent knowledge about J2EE frameworks and tools with a good learning ability.
2. Provide stable technical solutions that are robust and scalable as per business needs.
3. Provide hands-on code development and testing based on project delivery needs.
4. Ensure that system architecture and integration design standards are in alignment with broader platform strategies and business goals.
5. Work closely with Squad/Team and other IT partners on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth delivery of projects in Agile Model.
6. Experience in design, development, and conducting code reviews.
7. Willingness and ability to learn new platforms/solutions with Java as the core basis.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
1. BE/B Tech/MCA.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
1. Work experience primarily with building enterprise server-side applications using Java/J2EE Technologies.
2. Excellent knowledge of REST, Spring Boot, and microservices.
3. Excellent Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate programming skills.
4. Hands-on knowledge of working on Multithreaded applications (Must-have).
5. Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, ORM/Hibernate, Web services - RESTful, Webserver (Apache Tomcat preferred).
6. Hands-on with a database (preferably Oracle/Sybase/DB2).
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Exposure to unit testing frameworks.
9. Knowledge of Spring Boot/Hibernate.
10. Experience with JProfiler/Jprobe (any profiling tool).
11. Strong desire to understand and learn the domain.
12. Exposure to database modeling and performance tuning.
13. Source control (preferably Git) and continuous integration tools.
14. Experience in working using Agile methodology.
15. Exposure to the financial industry.
