We're currently recruiting a dedicated Catering Administrator/Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
As a Catering Administrator/Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management with the wider facilities team. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
* Attending meetings and note taking
* Keeping the office tidy and presentable always
* Ordering stationery and supplies when needed
* Supporting staff by undertaking ad-hoc projects when needed
* Producing reports and presentations
* Answering email queries, usually through a central inbox
* Working with in a bust Kitchen environment
* Counting cash sales and general financial duties
* Stock taking.
