Location: London SE10 0ER
Salary: A£55,000 per annum (Pro Rata)
Hours: 17.5 hours per week

The Role
The purpose of this role is to provide best practice, governance, and compliance to the Board of Trustees, the Chief Executive, and Executive Directors. This covers governance, administration, regulatory compliance, and policy development.
The post holder will lead the charity's governance risk management systems and serve as their Corporate Governance Lead.
They are looking for someone with significant knowledge of the charity sector and regulation associated with the social care and/or special education sectors.
Experience of corporate and/or charity governance and writing clear and concise papers, including reports, agendas, and minutes is also essential for this position.
Please note this role is a hybrid home/London office position.
