As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Art Instructor to join our fantastic team at Crookhey Hall in Cockerham. About the role The post holder will be expected to liaise with staff across the organisation to ensure a consistency of approach regarding standards, support, transition and quality of provision. The role will involve raising standards of pupil attainment and achievement within the faculty, monitor and support pupil progress in conjunction with SLT lead for curriculum, utilising faculty data and be accountable for pupil progress and outcomes. To be accountable for leading and developing the faculty curriculum, ensuring the range of subjects and qualifications are regularly reviewed in response to national developments and the needs of the school and students with annual writing and maintenance of Faculty Development Plan but also take the lead in developing whole school cross-curricular links to increase the breadth and scope of how Outdoor Education impacts the whole school curriculum.
