Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop and execute a cohesive organic social media strategy aligned with company goals and brand identity.
* Strategy
* Manage and maintain all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Schedule and publish engaging content across platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and other multimedia assets.
* Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, messages and respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and feedback.
* Conduct research on similar social media accounts, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
* Work closely with the Creative team to produce high-quality visual assets, captions, and other content tailored to each platform's audience and best practices.
* Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to develop and execute outreach campaigns to potential brand ambassadors, influencers, and partners.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social for scheduling, analytics, and monitoring.
* Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, with the ability to collaborate with designers and photographers to create engaging content.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Insights.
* Passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
