The role
would suit a qualified individual with several years post qualification experience in transfer pricing.
1. Be familiar with the use of technology in transfer pricing.
2. Have sound judgement and integrity.
3. Be resilient and have a flexible approach.
4. Be a finisher and a strong project manager.
5. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be collaborative and enthusiastic.
6. Have strong attention to detail and follow internal policies and procedures.
7. Have drive and the ability to work within a diverse team, reflecting empathy and emotional intelligence.
8. Have experience in helping teams transition to technology-based delivery solutions, etc.
9. Have a track record of successfully coaching, mentoring and managing junior members of the transfer pricing team.
10. Be inclusive and enjoy working for and with the team.
11. Should be educated to degree level or equivalent, hold either ACA/CTA/ADIT/law qualification or international equivalents.
Reward and benefits
12. A 35 hour working week with a hybrid working policy with the flexibility to work from home for up to three days per week depending on business needs (our core hours are 10-4)

14. Eligibility for the firm's Profit-Sharing Plan. Paid in December.
15. Eligibility for the discretionary bonus scheme.
