What You'll Do
* Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat
* Assist customers with general inquiries, troubleshooting, and eCommerce-related queries
* Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce experience is a plus)
* Work closely with the team to meet service standards
What We’re Looking For
* Professional, at least C2-level English proficiency
* Previous technical support experience preferably in a call center environment
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
* Background in eCommerce (Magento/Shopify knowledge is a plus)
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
* Ability to work 25-30 hours per week in rotating (morning/afternoon) shifts
* Eligibility to work as self-employed.
