The right person will: Essential Desirable Qualifications Teaching Qualification Qualifications related to: ALN, Safeguarding, Trauma Informed Approaches, Therapeutic support, PACE, PMLD, Mentoring Experience Delivering education to pupils with additional learning needs. Implementing interventions and tracking impact. Experience delivering PMLD education. Experience in trauma-informed practice/ PBS Leading school improvement initiatives. Delivering staff training. Responding to safeguarding concerns. Supportive- Be confident in supporting colleagues formally and informally.
