Package and benefits Monday to Friday, 8:30am 4:30pm Full training provided 25 days holiday plus an option to buy or sell up to 5 extra days per year Free parking Competitive contributory pension scheme Health cash plan Share save scheme Discounts on products and services Duties & Responsibilities Full admin support, liaising with many departments across the business Running and analysing reports Tracking and reporting to relevant departments Monitoring marketing back orders Booking in of deliveries for key customers Liaising with the warehouse regarding mispicks and short deliveries Collating all mispick information Arranging collection of faulty goods to support the Customer service, returns co-ordinator Organising collections with carriers for returns/quality department Arranging & completing relevant courier customs information Monitoring and reporting on arranged collections and distribution of email enquiries Overseeing carrier daily delivery reports Processing customs declarations cover, sample requests, marketing ordered and internal orders across group companies Processing Quality replacement orders through SAGE/Inhouse systems Dealing with the carriers, chasing deliveries, obtaining PODs, raising claims Analysing reports Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies Scanning and validating documents on to our archive system Supporting house accounts Uploading and amending details on HS Codes to Government TSS portal Switchboard overflow and full reception cover (greeting and booking in visitors, processing post) Any other ad-hoc office administration duties as and when required Skills and experience Experience in a similar role desired but not essential Excellent customer service skills Flexible and adaptable to a varied role Ability to work as well in a team and individually Be accurate and efficient at all times Basic knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel and Sage Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
