Are you an experienced Project Manager from a construction fit out background, seeking a permanent position offering job security and potential progression?
The company is a well-established medium-sized specialist installer, with projects nationally.
This position mainly focuses on installation project delivery and managing clients (end users and main contractors). You will be managing multiple projects at any one time, averaging 5-12 projects with a value of circa £350K/month.
The Role
Permanent, full-time position for a well-established installation company, including national travel.
Focus on project delivery (on time, within budget) and managing and satisfying client expectations.
Specific tasks include:
1. Site surveys
2. Material management
3. Managing direct site staff and subcontractors
4. Site visits
The Person
Academic/working background in construction management.
Experience of working in a Project Management role within commercial construction.
Willing to travel nationally with a UK driving licence.
