With a longstanding, close-knit team and a reputation for excellence, they are now looking to welcome a dedicated Mortgage Administrator to support continued growth. The Role: This is a permanent, full-time home-based position, ideal for someone who is highly self-motivated, process-driven, and comfortable managing their day independently. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth case progression and top-quality support to the advisory team. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting mortgage advisers by pre-underwriting and paraplanning complex cases ahead of submission. • Collecting and reviewing client documentation, including the assessment of complex income structures. • Liaising with lenders, valuers, solicitors, and clients to progress applications efficiently. • Accurately preparing and maintaining case notes, documentation, and electronic files. • Communicating with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner. • Typing reports, forms, and other documentation as needed. • Staying on top of pipeline activity, chasing outstanding items to meet deadlines. • Contributing to a well-organised and process-driven workflow. Key Requirements: • A minimum of 4–5 years' experience in mortgage administration with a stable CV (We cannot consider jumpy CV’s) and demonstrable track record. • Proven ability to work remotely in a self-managed role. • Familiarity with niche lenders, building societies, and more complex case types. • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in the quality of your work. • Clear written and spoken communication skills. • Friendly, team-oriented personality with the ability to work independently. • Strong Word Processing (WP) skills and confident with IT systems. • Calm under pressure and able to multitask effectively.
