If so, this excellent opportunity to work for one of our brilliant clients may be for you. Starting ASAP, ou will be working as part of a world-class team supporting fundraising and alumni activities, alongside events, communications and database and financial administration.
Please note that this role will require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.
This is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start at short notice, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Office Administrator Responsibilities
1. Updating the internal database
2. Arranging meetings
3. Assisting with emails, events and fundraising campaigns
4. Ensuring thank you letters are sent out in a timely manner
5. Processing online payments
6. Recording cash and cheques

Our client operates within the education sector. There is no parking on site and this role is fully office based.
Temporary Office Administrator Requirements
As the Office Administrator, you will have a strong administrative background alongside the following:
10. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
11. High level of numeracy
12. Proficiency with programmes including Microsoft Word and Excel
13. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
14. Ability to move quickly between projects in a high-performance environment
15. Ability to work independently and to organise and prioritise own work
