About Our Client
We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of HR to join a dynamic organisation on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for a senior HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive strategic HR initiatives while ensuring operational excellence.
Job Description
* Lead and oversee HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Lead the HR team across Payroll, L&D, ER and HR.
* Manage employee relations, including complex casework and change management.
* Provide guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
* Drive HR policy development and implementation in line with best practices.
* Oversee pay, reward, and performance management frameworks.
* Support leadership teams in organisational development and cultural transformation.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and HR governance.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in a Head of HR, HR Director, or Senior HR Leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organisational change.
* Ability to work in a fast-moving, project-focused environment.
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in TUPE, restructuring, and HR transformation projects is desirable.
* Proven ability to manage HR operations, ER, and payroll functions.
* Available immediately and open to a temp-to-perm opportunity.
