Lead Strategy & Performance Analyst
Location: Leeds, Thorpe Park, Hybrid working.
Reporting to the Head of BI & Analytics, our Lead Strategy & Performance Analyst will work very closely with the Strategy Delivery team, as well as other key stakeholders within the wider Overdales business. This role will help shape the future strategies and drive an efficient cost-effective business.
Accountabilities And Responsibilities
* Produce and distribute high-quality, actionable insight and analytics (both ad-hoc and business-as-usual) using various reporting and analytical tools.
* Help ensure all contact methods, channels, and strategies remain efficient and robust, whilst increasing visibility across the entire litigation process.
* Develop and champion the use of Google Analytics to gain full insight into user experience and performance from our digital strategy, suggesting improvements to the relevant department as and when appropriate.
* Track and report on litigation, strategy, and digital performance, highlighting trends, anomalies, as well as options to improve our processes and revenue potential using tools like cost benefit analysis.
* Identify portfolio and/or specific client performance against benchmarked pricing performance, suggesting improvements where required.
* Support the development and deployment of new campaigns and strategies across multiple contact channels including (but not limited to) specification of requirements, design and build, testing, release, tracking, and reporting.
* Collaborate with BI Analysts to help develop and maintain Overdales MI reporting and dashboarding suite.
What We Need From You
* Numeracy and quantitative comfort
* Previous experience in an analytical role
* Advanced SQL code writing and understanding
* Demonstrated experience with MS Office, especially Excel
* Problem-solving skills, creativity, intellectual curiosity
* Ability to influence stakeholders
