Sangers Surgical is an integral part of the Sangers NI and is focussed on the medical device categories of Stoma, Continence and Wound care. The business currently has a vacancy in our Patient Services Team. Key activities: To ensure that all appliances dispensed are checked against the patient’s prescription Managing orders from patient and ensure their needs are met. Communication with customers regarding patient needs. To endorse all prescription forms as appropriate, collate and forward to the administrator for processing prior to sending off to Business Services Organisation To operate efficient inventory control to include checking goods received. To promptly forward all invoices and dispensary related correspondence to the accounts To maintain full and accurate records of all dispensing transactions Any other duties required by the Sangers NI businesses Hours of work: Monday 8.30 – 17.00 Tuesday - Friday 8.45 – 17.00 Why AAH?
