Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and proactive Teaching Assistants who are eager to support children aged 3-19 in a vibrant SEN environment, including both primary and secondary settings. If you have a genuine desire to cater to individual needs and celebrate each child's successes within a nurturing atmosphere, we want to hear from you! Our students have a range of additional needs, including Autism, profound and multiple learning difficulties, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and/or Autism.
- Provide tailored educational and emotional support to all learners.
- Collaborate with fellow staff to monitor and adapt pupil progress in line with individual needs.
- Engage confidently with all learners to foster a supportive and effective learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
