To assist private sector OEM BDMs with day-to-day queries, assist with each OEM order from start to finish to ensure customer delivery expectations are met and oversee/manage private sector stock.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide assistance to BDMs to ensure sales order administration is processed efficiently to ensure customer delivery expectations are met.
2. Manage Aged Stock.
3. Provide Monthly reports as and when required.
4. Supplier and Customer liaison (obtaining pricing, lead-times, resolving any queries, liaising with customers advising delivery dates).
5. Review of monthly services interbilling report and provide instructions of releases from rehearsal pots to P&L.
6. Workflows for Private Sector as and when required.
7. Manage private sector stock.
8. Manage Aged Debt and aid Finance Sales Ledger in resolving invoice queries and chasing customers for payment for outstanding invoices.
9. Assist with day-to-day queries within Private Sector.
10. Work closely with CST/Purchasing to ensure orders and PO's have been raised correctly and within a timely manner.
11. Attend required meetings for Private sector.
12. Weekly Production Meeting and Back Order Meeting.
13. Raise manual invoices for both Customer and Suppliers.
14. Looking after Sales on selected accounts within Private Sector.
15. Raise DocuSign.
16. Support with Supplier and Customer Setup.
17. General Queries.
18. Ops Meeting Prep and Presentation.
19. Interface between Sales and Sales Support.
20. Raise Monthly Consolidated Manual Invoices.
21. Producing Monthly BU Report.
22. Manage Back Order and Forecast Sheet.
23. Assist with RMAs.
24. Assist with Leases and produce Lease agreements.
25. Produce GG agreements and update internal GG spreadsheet when required.
