Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing all sales ledger invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
2. Posting bank receipts into the system with precision
3. Handling client calls to process card payments professionally
4. Chasing overdue invoices and resolving any queries with a proactive approach
5. Maintaining the credit control spreadsheet and performing reconciliations
6. Supporting the Financial Controller with ad hoc tasks and projects
What the client is looking for:
1. Experience in Sales Ledger or Credit Control
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
4. A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
