A day in the life of…
As Breakfast Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the world with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time.
Job Responsibilities:
* Greet guests and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner
* Ensure that food and beverage orders are prepared and served promptly
* Upsell food and beverage items to guests as required
* Handle cash, card, and other forms of payment accurately
* Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor
* Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
* Serve guests in our conference and events areas
* Assist with room service orders as required
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
* Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
* Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
* Other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
