The HR administrator support provides support and guidance to Operations and Business Support Functions helping them to achieve the business objectives through their people. With a wide range of HR initiatives this role covers:
Administration Task:
1. The whole life cycle of the employee in the company.
2. The maintenance of the employee database, ensuring data is accurate and timely provided across all HR platforms (Workday, Kairos, Nettime etc.).
3. Processing of new hires, terminations, and leaves.
4. Collecting, reviewing, and verifying timecard/timesheet information.
5. Administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., flex program, corporate benefits, insurance & policies, etc.), in payroll.
6. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, sourcing and screening resumes, scheduling candidates, and performing reference checks.
7. Dealing with Legal, Payroll, and other providers in Spain and Portugal.
8. Assist with the training and wellbeing process.
9. Support the international teams based in Madrid (Spain and Portugal):
1. Recruitment – Admin processes related to the hiring of new joiners.
2. Admin processes related to the exit of leavers.
3. Data Feed of joiners + leavers in central system “Workday”.
10. HR Dashboard: Optimize the reporting content and layout according to the needs of the internal clients.
Knowledge:
1. Broad HR knowledge (including legal and labor relations).
2. Compensation and Benefits best practices.
3. Strong MS Office and Business Information capabilities.
4. Advanced Microsoft Excel.
5. To be developed: Good knowledge of D&G structures and working practices.
6. English and Spanish fluent (Portuguese is a plus).
Qualifications:
Law degree or Degree in Human Resources or related Business Administration Degree.
