Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Benefits:

Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Role Overview:
Support in cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for projects
Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts, and procurement strategies
Conduct valuations, variations, and final account negotiations under supervision
Gain residential sector expertise, ensuring cost-effective project delivery
Assist with contract administration and risk management
Work closely with senior surveyors, clients, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes
Develop skills in cost management, dispute resolution, and project efficiency
A ssistant Quantity Surveyor - Requirements:
BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Consultancy and residential experience preferred
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ambition to progress towards RICS chartership
Good tenure in previous roles
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
