Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on employee relations matters to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
* Develop and implement strategies to promote employee engagement, retention, and well-being.
* Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations issues.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on employee relations matters.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in employee relations or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
