Description
This opportunity sits within GSI (Global Commercial Credit Strategy and Integration) – this is the project team which creates strategies and integrates new products and changes into the Commercial Credit International teams. GSI drives the optimal strategy for Global Commercial Credit (GCC) and works on multiple integration and analytical projects from conceptualization through to implementation.
As a Project Analyst in GSI you will contribute to developing meaningful strategies to drive our goals, establish & demonstrate strong working relationships with project partners (Operations, Capabilities, Compliance, Risk), seamlessly integrate changes into our production teams with potentially negative impacts minimized, and opportunities to realize expected benefits maximized.
Job Responsibilities:
* End-to-end project management across International Commercial Credit markets
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners
* Work on multiple initiatives at a time, owning changes and working as a team on larger projects
* Contribute to strategies to meet and exceed Commercial Credit goals - improving operational effectiveness, maximizing overdue dollars we collect, minimizing any risks and enhancing the customer experience
* Provide analysis and insights to drive improved Right Party Contact rates and Total Dollars Collected metrics
* Create and maintain project plans and status reports, providing stakeholders with regular updates on timelines, milestones, risks and metrics to support timely completion of projects
* Ensure that Legal and Regulatory controls are central to everything we do when implementing and executing projects
* Deliver clear and effective communications
* Reinforce the GCC brand with business partners, in alignment with our global objectives
Required skills:
* Strong Project Management skills and experience
* Excellent communication with an ability to articulate project objectives to stakeholders and business partners
* Collaboration across multiple teams and lines of business, working with remote partners globally
* Analytical skills, with an ability to identify issues and recommend solutions
* Delivery of tangible results across Shareholder and Customer metrics
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Credit subject matter expertise on products, policies, procedures and servicing capabilities in GCC preferred
