You will provide an effective, high quality, comprehensive end to end recruitment service to our managers, Trust wide. Taking full responsibility for the whole recruitment cycle efficiently and effectively working innovatively on behalf of the Trust. You will work closely with managers to understand the needs of different services across the Trust and offer an advisory service for more challenging and difficult vacancies to fill.
Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
You will have the ability to prioritise work whilst working in a fast paced and busy environment, as well as having a flexible approach to work. A good level of attention to detail is an essential requirement for this demanding role, as well as working effectively as part of a team.
Customer service is at the heart of what we do but this is a predominately admin based role, therefore recent demonstrable admin and IT experience is essential.

You will need, as a minimum:
• A good standard of English Language GCSE (or equivalent qualification)
• NVQ level III in administration or customer services or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
• Working knowledge of recruitment procedures would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience of working in a busy customer services office-based environment.
• A good level of attention to detail.
• A positive ‘can do’ approach.
