What will you be doing?
* Manage the day-to-day running of IT systems
* Provide technical support to end users
* Act as the escalation point for IT-related issues
* Prioritise and resolve incident tickets, escalating where necessary
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Recommend improvements to IT infrastructure
What experience you will need:
* Strong networking knowledge (on-premise and cloud)
* Experience managing on-premise and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure)
* Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Intune
* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
* Microsoft certifications (desirable)
