Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be the primary contact for managing both existing and new business accounts. You'll work closely with the Owner and Senior Management Team to modernize, improve, and enhance the company's overall processes. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth and commercial success across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management: Plan, manage, and interact with both existing and new customer accounts within the marketplace. Focus on restoring lapsed clients and generating new business.
2. Market Research: Conduct research and gather market intelligence to generate, promote, and convert business opportunities.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to maximize efforts within the marketplace.
4. Leadership: Display strong leadership qualities and drive commercial focus across the company.
