Role Profile: Compliance Administrator
Purpose: To support the Compliance Team with general fleet administrative support.

Reporting Lines: You will report into the Compliance Manager.
Focus areas of the role: The success of the role will be measured against the effective implementation of the following focus areas:
1. Ensuring Driver documentation is loaded and updated
2. Manage and Record PCNs and fines
3. Record driver training
4. Report fuel and mileage use
5. Raise purchase orders for maintenance work
6. Liaise with the Compliance Manager to ensure maintenance is recorded
7. Liaise with tracker company to ensure cameras and tracking kit is working at all times
8. Check through monthly vehicle excise duty to ensure vehicles are road legal
9. Assist with producing telematics reports
10. Run monthly reports on Dart Charge/London Lorry Zone and tracker audits
11. Register sold vehicles with DVLA and archive documentation

1. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
2. Basic knowledge of vehicle legislation
