We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Supply Chain to take the helm and drive operational excellence, sustainability, and growth for a forward-thinking, multinational organisation. About the Role: As the Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee logistics, procurement, inventory, demand planning, and supplier relationships. Reporting directly to the Global Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in aligning supply chain strategies with overarching business goals and market demands. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and deliver a comprehensive supply chain strategy for the UK & EMEA regions. Lead initiatives to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. Procurement & Supplier Management Build and maintain robust supplier relationships across the region. Negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising quality. Logistics & Distribution Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Ensure compliance with regional customs and trade regulations. Inventory & Demand Planning Drive accurate demand forecasting and inventory optimisation. Implement advanced tools and technologies to streamline planning. Team Leadership Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Compliance & Sustainability Ensure adherence to local and international regulations. Integrate sustainability practices into supply chain operations. What We're Looking For: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent). 10 years of experience in supply chain leadership roles, ideally within UK & EMEA markets. Proven expertise in ERP systems and supply chain digital transformation. Skills & Expertise Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities. Expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and compliance. Knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance.
