You'll provide vital support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within a mainstream Secondary school, helping them to thrive in a structured and supportive environment. We're Looking For Individuals Who: Have a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs, especially Autism. Possess an understanding of how to effectively support children with SEN and SEMH. Are adaptable, take initiative, and demonstrate patience. Approach their work with a nurturing and supportive attitude. Can collaborate effectively within a team setting. Bring valuable experience from Education, Care, Social Work, Psychology, or Drama (transferable skills are highly valued).
