In this role, you will have support working with the Senior management team, but also be able to take a hands-on role in managing your own projects, assisting/guiding junior members of the team with their work. Job Location: Central London (London Bridge) Head Count: 170 Project Sectors: High-End Residential, Commercial, Hotel & Sports Stadia Requirements for the Senior Project Surveyor: Quantity Surveying Degree awarded by a UK university and accredited by the RICS – awarded 2.1 MRICS chartered, or close to achieving this Demonstrable depth of experience in roles directly related to the provision of project Quantity Surveying services in a professional Quantity Surveying Consultancy firm Experience and understanding of the full RIBA Plan of Work Stages A proven ability to lead & deliver on time and provide a high-quality proactive service to clients Ability and desire to mentor others Ideally, some experience within the listed sectors.
