Job summary EXCITING NURSE ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE EATING DISORDERS TEAM Maternity Cover - Estimated 12 monthsAs a Registered Nursing Associate, you will collaborate closely with patients with a suspected or diagnosed eating disorder, their families, and carers. You will participate in therapeutic group work programmes working alongside members of the MDT to ensure patients' needs are met. You will be required to monitor patients to develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care under the direct supervision of the clinicians.You will need to be NMC registered, and work within the NMC Code of Practice and Professional guidelines. Main duties of the job To work as part of the Eating Disorders Service to provide high quality, efficient assessment, care planning, treatment and monitoring of patients. The role will require the post holder to work collaboratively with the patient, their family/carers/representatives, and other professionals/agencies to facilitate the best possible outcomes for patients.
