Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in the development of products and packaging, primarily for the gourmet food (80%) and cosmetics (20%) sectors. You will work closely with the CEO to lead product development projects and support the company’s marketing and sales activities.
As a Product Manager / Product Development Assistant, your main responsibilities are:
* Design and develop packaging and products in collaboration with suppliers in France and Europe,
* Assist in exporting products outside the US to Asia, Canada, Europe, Middle East,
* Coordinate and participate in trade shows in the US and internationally (Asia, Canada, and Europe),
* Set up regular reporting of figures and performance indicators, share with the team,
* Establish and follow projects, monitor customer price lists and contracts,
* Support the team in all matters related to the company's back office.

* 2 to 5 years of proven experience in product development, preferably in international markets (experience in the food and cosmetics sectors preferred),
* Fluency in French and English required; proficiency in another language (Spanish, Italian, Korean, Japanese, German, or Chinese) is a plus,
* Proficiency in marketing and sales expertise,
* In-depth knowledge of the U.S. market is desired,
* Excellent communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal partners,
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities,
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards,
* Proficiency in using software and tools for tracking, reporting, and analysis,
* Flexibility and the ability to work independently.
