Job Description Effectively build, prioritize, and manage your own pipeline Identify opportunities and actively close deals with new potential and existing clients by analysing the market dynamics Negotiate contracts via phone, online or personal meetings, and coordinate complex decision-making processes to overcome objections capturing new business opportunities Introduce the Shiji Product portfolio and solutions including PMS, POS, SPA & Shiji Payments Qualifications 3 years’ experience in hospitality software Sales PMS knowledge and understanding is a must, understanding of hospitality technology is plus. Experience with working on complex and dynamic sales cycles within hospitality is very much desired Negotiation skills are a must with the ability to multi-task in addition to outstanding communication skills Results-oriented, autonomous and initiative person with a get-it-done attitude and hunter mentality Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong presentation skills Deep hotel industry knowledge and a very good understanding of Cloud/SaaS business and B2B dynamics Availability for national and international travel Additional Information Vitality health insurance and training licenses with Udemy.
