We're looking for a SHE Advisor to join our Devonport Dockyard team based in Plymouth, Devon. Location : Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth Contract : Permanent - Full Time What will you be responsible for? In this role you will be to ensure that the highest possible standards of Safety, Health and Environmental responsibility are implemented across the business and we achieve full compliance against all legal requirements. Your day to day will include: Actively promote Safety, Health and Environmental aspects leading and setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders. Work closely with the operational teams in carrying out their roles and SHE responsibilities. Provide timely and affective operational SHE support and advice to the business unit. Assist the operational teams in developing Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work. Support the operational teams in developing and reviews RAMS. What are we looking for? This role of SHE Advisor is great for you if you have: NEBOSH Certificate (preferably Construction) or equivalent. Membership of relevant professional institution (e.g., Tech IOSH or above). Experience working as a SHE Advisor.
