Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Sales Executive include:
3. Maximising all sales opportunities via email, telephone and face-to-face
4. Learn and understand the companies product range to promote new products, up-sell, and cross sell
5. Effectively use questions and actively listen to understand the customer's requirements
6. Work to achieve agreed sales and growth targets
7. Prospecting potential sales
8. Develop effective working relationships with team members
9. Delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty (go the "extra mile")
10. Have empathy for a customer's problem and think "outside the box" to offer achievable solutions
11. Engage with our customers to maximise sales return
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
12. Previous experience in a sales/client facing role
13. Previous experience working to KPIs/targets
14. Able to work well under pressure
15. Excellent MS Office application skills
16. Effective and confident communicator - clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
17. Strong telephone manner
18. Confident in challenging both internal and external stakeholders
19. Good team player
20. Ability to build and maintain client relationships
