We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy across multiple channels and locations. Role Overview As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting brand marketing and customer experience initiatives at both national and local levels. You will work across a diverse range of marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, digital and print media, and branch-level support, ensuring all initiatives align with regulatory compliance and company values. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies across all channels, including TV, radio, press advertising, direct mail, and digital. Lead direct marketing campaigns, including mailing and door drop initiatives, overseeing design, production, and performance tracking. Produce and manage the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, POS materials, and digital assets. Ensure all marketing activities comply with FCA and ASA regulations and commit to ongoing professional development (CPD). Manage brand guidelines, customer journey, in-branch standards, and merchandising documentation. Collaborate with property and operations teams on in-branch marketing initiatives, including signage, displays, and refurbishments. Develop customer-facing literature for both physical branches and online platforms. Brief and manage external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials on time and within budget. Coordinate media bookings and campaign schedules, ensuring assets are delivered and approved on time. Support social media, website content creation, and digital marketing initiatives. Provide marketing reports, analytics, and presentations to measure campaign success. Manage the digital marketing budget and approve invoices. What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in brand marketing. Proven experience in multi-site retail marketing operations. Expertise in media planning, advertising, direct mail, digital marketing, and customer literature development. Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Full driving licence and ability to travel as required. Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience working in a regulated environment. Knowledge of consumer duty regulations and marketing compliance. Personal Attributes Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels and presenting in senior meetings. Organised, self-motivated, and an excellent team player.
