* WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this Opportunity
As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
* Sourcing, analysing and interpreting large data sets, identifying trends, and providing insights to support internal Committees.
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness and develop reports to communicate findings to partners.
* Independently sourcing and validating external 'Assessment of Value' information from multiple sources for over 7,000 investment assets (such as funds, Investment Trusts and ETIs) held on the Scottish Widows Platform.
* Planning effective data collation and presentation in an appropriate database.
* Providing advice and guidance to others using the database.
* Collaborating with other teams to understand their business needs and provide insights and recommendations based on findings.
* Preparing analysis and creating stories from our data, communicating the findings and recommendations clearly to internal teams and committees.
* Sharing and publishing as required within the organisation.
What you'll need
* A strong analytical attitude with an ability to source and manipulate large data sets via Excel, Power BI.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
