We are seeking a Co-ordinator to join one of our highly respected businesses in Bath. This role involves managing project coordination, recruitment, event organisation and providing comprehensive administrative support to the team. This is a temporary role Start w.c 13/1/25 until 31/3/25 £30,505 Office based 36.5 hours M-F Day-to-day of the role: • Recruitment and Admissions: Manage publicity, handle admissions enquiries, maintain the admissions database, coordinate interviews and open days and manage the issuance of offers.• Support: Coordinate with external training providers, administer training courses, manage coursework distribution and marking and maintain records.• Support to the Director and Deputy Director: Manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements and support various administrative tasks to meet deadlines.• Project Coordination and Meeting Support: Organize and support meetings, issue agendas, and follow up on meeting actions.• Events and Marketing: Coordinate events such as conferences and showcases, manage event logistics, and work with marketing teams to keep promotional materials up-to-date.• Other Duties: Perform reception duties in the office and liaise with external partners. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience in administrative roles.• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.• Proficient in IT and database systems.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
