We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities by promoting our recruitment services to potential clients. You will work closely with our recruitment team to develop customised solutions that meet the specific hiring needs of our clients across Life Science, Engineering, Renewable Energy and Business Support.

Business Development Manager responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct sales presentations and demos to showcase our recruitment services
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clientsRequirements:
Proven track record of success in sales or business development
Experience in a sales function dealing with companies who operate in the industries of our chosen industry specialisms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
