The Opportunity
We are seeking a Design and Projects Associate, a talented and motivated individual to join our design and build studio in a hybrid role that bridges architectural design, bespoke kitchens and interiors, furniture design, technical drawing, visualisation, and light project coordination.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a truly integrated practice where your work will span concept design, technical detailing, client interaction, and active project delivery on bespoke, high-quality commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed architectural and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD (essential).
Design bespoke fitted and freestanding furniture across kitchens, wardrobes, media walls, and home offices using SketchUp (essential).
Create visualisations and presentation material using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign is desirable; training provided).
Assist with kitchen layouts, room designs, and space planning using Winner software (desirable; training provided).
Produce visual renderings using Lumion (desirable; training provided).
Conduct accurate site surveys and translate measurements into technical drawings.
Attend client meetings and project sites, representing the studio with professionalism.
Support project administration including document management, schedules, and correspondence.
Collaborate with in-house teams across joinery, kitchens, interiors, and construction to ensure seamless project progression.
Gain exposure to contract documentation and project management processes (training provided).
Candidate Profile:
Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (essential).
Basic competency in Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign desirable (training provided).
Exposure to or willingness to learn Winner and Lumion software (training provided).
Strong technical drawing ability and an eye for creative design solutions.
Ability to interpret and produce detailed construction and manufacturing documentation.
Comfortable working independently and within a highly collaborative team environment.
Professional and confident when client-facing.
Clean UK driving licence (essential; some travel required).
Non-smoker (studio policy).
Enthusiastic, positive attitude, with strong attention to accuracy, detail, and project timelines.
