Job Description Our client is a luxury hotel located in the delightful area of South Devon. They currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef who has a passion for both provenance and fine dining. You will take the lead in their culinary operation that spans across multiple outlets. You will have experience working in a fine dining environment at 2 to 3 Rosette level or above. You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Executive Chef… £60,000 to £65,000 per annum (DOE) plus £2,000 to £3,000 service charge Assistance with relocation Working 48 hours per week Company events Discounted hotel stays and food On-site parking Responsibilities as the Executive Chef… Carefully curating a selection of stand-out menu items to be served across multiple outlets at the hotel Providing high-quality training for both front-of-house and kitchen team members Providing a personalised service to clients hosting weddings, parties or banquets at the property, including discussing menu items Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development Taking responsibility for monthly stock-take and ordering The hotel takes pride in serving a variety of high-quality dishes that are made using locally sourced ingredients.
