Manchester City Council operates 14 car parks, including 3 multi-stories and 11 surface car parks across the City.
The Business Support Lead will provide support for Manchester City Council's off-street car parks.
Duties include the day-to-day running of the car parks, which includes customer management, handling customer complaints and queries, dealing with parking permits, working to maximize income, reviewing tariff structures, and transaction and budget reporting.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient, and dedicated worker to join our team. Excellent communication and ICT skills are essential. You must display the Our Manchester behaviours, including being passionate about Manchester, taking time to listen and understand, and treating people fairly and courteously.
The team is responsible for the day-to-day operation of off-street council car parks. We have a small team that is adaptable and flexible to deal with whatever comes our way. We are passionate about delivering the highest standards.
