Salary + Benefits: £30000 - £35000 per annum
Our client is established across the globe as the leading representative body for businesses within a niche industry. They are essentially an organization which consults companies offering various courses, accreditations, and workshops.
Due to a movement within the business, they are now looking for an experienced Administrator who will be the Office Manager and take on other areas of responsibility including HR, Facilities, and general PA type duties.
In this small professional business, you would be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and be responsible for no less than a couple of administrators.
No Hybrid or WFH options are available.
Office Management Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of up to 5 business administrators
2. Work with managers and other key contacts across departments to maintain effective delivery to all members and stakeholders
3. Responsible for overseeing daily business support operations, ensuring effective management of member enquiries, and meeting all service delivery targets
4. Review, develop, and manage business processes across the team
Human Resources Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for HR Administration - including day to day operations of our online HR system
2. Assist with recruiting and staffing
3. Effective management of employee records, including verification of information
4. Liaise with our outsourced partner for employee matters
5. Day to day responsibility for the contract and relationships with our outsourced partners
General Responsibilities:
1. Manage the maintenance and security arrangements of the business premises in Huntingdon including service agreements/contracts as required
2. Maintain close communication with the CEO and other Senior Managers
3. Maintain quality of service deliverables by setting expectations of, and enforcing company standards
4. Comply with all H&S requirements, statutory and other and manage these requirements
5. Attend roadshows, events, and/or conferences as required
6. Any other duties that may reasonably be requested to ensure the effective operation of the Association
It would be very helpful if you were familiar with the following as you would be helping the team with respect to support liaising with our outsourced partner: CRM, Sage50, CitrusHR, SharePoint, Content Management System, and Online Assessment Portal.
