About the Role
Join a fast growing AdTech scale-up based in London, focused on transforming B2B advertising with a privacy-first platform. They are backed by leading investors and help businesses reach their audiences while driving innovation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive data and machine learning projects with expertise in classical ML techniques and large language models (LLMs).
* Manage large-scale web scraping and data-gathering initiatives to fuel business growth.
* Work with multimodal data (text, video, audio, images, geospatial) to support product innovation.
* Oversee MLOps processes, ensuring scalable and efficient deployment of data solutions.
* Manage, mentor, and guide a team of Data Scientists, fostering their professional development and aligning their goals with the company’s vision.
* Work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and customer success teams to integrate data science into business strategies.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years in Data Science, with strong classical machine learning expertise and exposure to LLMs and multimodal data.
* Prior experience in a venture-backed startup or software product business.
* Proven ability to solve complex problems, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver impactful insights.
* Proficiency in AWS, Docker, and MLOps processes.
* Strong background in data engineering and statistical modelling.
* MSc in a STEM field, ideally from a Russell Group university (preferred, not mandatory).
