In this role you will be supporting a lady to live independently in her own home and work with a tailored care and support plan to meet her individual needs.
The lady we support enjoys going for walks and meeting up with friends. She also enjoys Scottish music, the local cinema and pampering sessions and gets on well with people who are kind and fun to be around. Her home is in a friendly cul-de-sac with a large garden and summer house and she enjoys spending time there when friends come to visit. You will provide support in all aspects of daily living. Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act .
