12-Week Temp-to-Perm

Hourly Rate: £12.30
Are you an organised and detail-focused professional with a passion for logistics? Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic organisation, is looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team! This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering career growth in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, working closely with the Client Relationship Manager to provide administrative support. Your key duties will include:
✅ Managing orders and coordinating with the warehouse for seamless printing and distribution
✅ Assisting Account Managers and CRMs with stock reports and system updates
✅ Processing shipping labels and ensuring accurate order references for invoicing
✅ Using shipping calculators to determine costs and staying updated on carrier preferences
✅ Supporting the team with key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring order volumes to optimise staffing
✅ Collaborating with your CRM to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
✅ Assisting with invoicing, charge sheets, and logistics management system updates
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
🔹 A process-driven mindset with excellent communication abilities
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
🔹 Previous experience in logistics or administration is a plus
